Outdoor Stroller Classes have 2 locations!
1. Directions to DorrsPond/Livingston Park (Meet in the parking lot between the pool and track). Click here for door to door directions. Or see directions below.
Mondays & Tuesdays @ 9:30am - The Park is located on Daniel Webster Highway north. Across from the Puritan Restaurant.
From the north:
- Take 93 South.
- Take exit 9S.
- Go to your third set of lights.
- Take a right into the Park (sign will read "Gatsas Athletic Complex).
- Look for the blue canope and/or Mommy & Me Fitness banner, near the lot between the pool & track
From the south:
- Take 93 North.
- Take exit 9S.
- Go to your third set of lights.
- Take a right into the Park (sign will read "Gatsas Athletic Complex).
- Look for the blue canope and/or Mommy & Me Fitness banner, near the lot between the pool & track
2. Directions to Derryfield Park (Meet in the playground parking lot).
Thursdays @ 9:15am - The Park is located on Bridge Street between Mammoth Road and Belmont Street. Across from Trinity High School. Click here for door to door directions. Or see directions below.
From the north:
- Take 93 South.
- Take exit 8.
- Take a right onto Wellington Rd.
- Go straight through the sets of lights.
- Park entrance will be on the right-hand side across from Trinity High School.
- When you drive into the entrance, you'll see the baseball/football field directly in front of you. IMMEDIATELY, take a LEFT and follow the road to the playground area.
- Look for the Mommy & Me Fitness banner near the playground entrance.
From the south:
- Take 93 North.
- Take exit 8.
- Take a right onto Wellington Rd.
- Go straight through 2 sets of lights.
- Park entrance will be on the right-hand side directly across from Trinity High School.
- When you drive into the entrance, you'll see the baseball/football field directly in front of you. IMMEDIATELY, take a LEFT and follow the road to the playground area.
- Look for the Mommy & Me Fitness banner near the playground entrance.

From the North (Concord, NH/Bow, NH/I-89)
Take I-93 South to I-293 South. Take exit marked 101 West to Milford. Take next immediate exit - Route 3. Turn left at light at end of exit ramp (Macy's is directly in front of you). At the next set of lights take a right into the Bedford Mall.
From the South (Boston/Andover, MA/Salem, NH)
Take I-93 Northbound. Pass New Hampshire Exit #5. Take left exit onto I-293 North. Cross bridge over Merrimack River and continue on 101 West. Pass Everett Turnpike Exit (Toll Road). Take next exit - Kilton Road / Route 3. Bedford Mall is directly in front of you.
From the NH Seacoast (Portsmouth/Hampton)
Head West on Route 101. Pass Everett Turnpike Exit (Toll Road). Take next exit - Kilton Road / Route 3. Bedford Mall is directly in front of you.
From the Western NH area (Keene/Milford)
Head East on Route 101 until you reach the lights at the junction of 101 and 114. Turn right at this intersection (highway sign reads, "101E/3/293/Everett Turnpike/Manchester Airport"). Take the next right - the exit ramp marked "Rte 3." At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Meetinghouse Road, then left again at lights, onto South River Road. Pass through the lights at Macy's (on your right). At the next set of lights take a right into the Bedford Mall.
From the Merrimack, NH area
Head North on Route 3 / DW Highway. Go past Manchester Country Club on left. At 3rd set of lights, turn right in Bedford Mall.
From the Everett Turnpike (Nashua, NH/Lowell, MA)
Exit at 101 West (2nd exit after Bedford Toll Booth). Pass back over the Everett Turnpike. Pass Everett Turnpike Exit (Toll Road). Take next exit - Kilton Road / Route 3. Bedford Mall is directly in front of you.
